iPhone review: Apple iPhone is the worst cell phone in the history of man

How long are you using your iPhone: Less than 1 yr when the issues began

Apple sent me a defective iPhone during the craze. They refused to replace it. The warranty only lasts a year, the phone lasts less than a year. For the first 2 months, the phone froze up on me twice and I was forced to “reset” the phone, losing 300 contacts and 350 songs, countless applications, and having to start from day 1 TWICE. I can sit here forever typing about all of the other issues I’ve had with the phone, including “disappearing songs” that I’ve purchased, never to be recovered due to the fact that Apple doesn’t have any customer satisfaction guarantee NOR helpful/friendly/ competant support. Don’t bother purchasing more than 1 device per computer in your home, unless you plan on sharing the exact same songs/applications, etc. Because iTunes will get confused and NOT acknowledge the fact that you have 2 completely different devices as I have made that mistake as well. I strongly adivse, if you don’t want any headaches or aggrivation, DO NOT purchase an Apple iPod product of any type. As stated before, their so called “support team” will NOT support you!! and Any rare form of “support” they might offer you will come with a pretty price tag.
Ever think about backing up your data? It’s a pretty wild concept, I know, but perhaps worth it for techno-idiots like you….
How embarrasing for you. A backup in itunes would solve at least two of your “problems”. Also, there is certainly a way to have more than one device use itunes. I do it for three devices, an old mini, a nano and my iphone. Look it up, its easy!
