iPhone – good phone, worst network

How long are you using your iPhone: 5 months
DO NOT BUY THE iPhone IF YOU WANT A PHONE!
In most locations — New York, Texas, Colorado, California, etc. — in cities, rural areas and interstate highways there are LOTS of “no service” areas and dropped calls. It is terribly unreliable as a phone. It is so bad that i have gone back to Verizon, bought a Verizon phone and have my number forwarded to the Verizon phone which seems to work everywhere with no dropped calls. After satisfying myself that Verizon works well where the iPhone doesn’t, I will be dropping AT&T and will not be upgrading to the new iPhone.
Big disappointment — the iPhone is a great device but is connected to the world’s worst network.
