iPhone review: iPhone searching for emails drains battery

How long are you using your iPhone: less than 1 month
First let me say that at this point (two weeks) with the 3G, I’m not happy. It is only faster when in a Mac store (not out on the street), the soft wear sometime will send email replys, but most of the time it goes in to a search mode running the battery dead in less then a hour (now you have a dead plastic thing in your pocket)…If your aware (now I am) you can reboot it and it will stop searching, and might even retrive a email or twenty, and send or lose what replys, and drafts that were in the waiting room (my term)…I’m thinking I want my orginal iphone back, but a friend that just updated 2.1 cant send emails and know one seem to be able to find a way to fix it yet (mabe 2..2)…I’m beginning to think that the 3g is a scam, less effective unit…that I now pay more to at&t, and get less…
Off to the Mac Store agine to see if anything can be done…
or off to buy a PC to replace the iphone.
