iPhone review: iPhone warranty

How long are you using your iPhone: 1 month

my iphone did work from the moment I walked out of the AT&T store — had issues as soon as I tried to activate it — went back to AT&T and they would not take it back or replace it with a new one — said I had to call Apple. I actually had to take this new phone, mail it back to Apple repair and it if fixed — again, this was brand NEW and didn’t work out of the box.
After getting it back (which actually took 2 repair trips to make it right), it worked ok (I thought) had some minor issues that I blamed on poor service locations…but problem slowly got worse. After many calls to apple Tech (and being on hold for 3-to40 minutes at a time) I was told to send phone in for repair because it was still under warranty. Couple days later I get phone back in mail with note saying – did not repair – due to liquid sensors in the phone indicating some type of misuse. This phone NEVER came in contact with any liquids….it was junk from the get-go. I’m still fighting with Tech support – Repair Supervisor and working my way up. Don’t know if this will get resolved but all lI can can is APPLE CARE …. WHERE????
